I thought I'd let you know how I keep from binge eating. I have said it a few times before - my husband does my shopping for me and he does not bring home junk or any foods that I can binge on. We have only whole foods in the house that require cooking - NO ready made meals and nothing from a box that you can just open and eat. I give you a tour of my kitchen - what's in my refrigerator, freezer, cupboards, and pantry. This is ALL the food that is in my house. I am not hiding anything. The bottom cabinets do not have food in them - I will do an organized kitchen tour when that is done. For now the bottom cabinets have appliances and dishes in them. You will see that we eat very little from a can - mostly peas, tomato paste, olives, and pickles. We also have one can of baby corn. The only food in the house that isn't healthy is corn starch, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, and some sugar for coffee that is for guests only. We don't use sugar in our life - we use stevia and xylitol to sweeten everything. We also do not use anything with gluten in it and bread is not allowed in our house. We are a gluten free family and we will not ever change that. Our baby will never get the taste of real sugar or grains other than corn, oats, and rice. It is our belief that gluten and sugar are major inflammation foods, as well as being non-nutritious and disease causing. It is also a huge trigger for my binge eating disorder. Eating Atkins makes me feel satisfied and just generally less hungry through the day. I do not have food cravings and my energy level is always more on Atkins than it is on any other diet I've been on. It is easy to eat this way for me and I really enjoy it. The weight loss however, has been slow like always. I lose 1-2 pounds per week, sometimes 3 in a great week. I hope you all are having great weeks in your weight loss. Ineedmorelives: I love it. It tastes great. I don't think I could ever go back because regular table salt tastes like poison to me now lol. It really does! Pink salt has like 84+ minerals in it so its really good for you!

Ineedmorelives: It's not dangerous. That is also a lie that vegetarians spread. Atkins had heart problems before he went on the diet. That's why he was searching for the perfect diet for him. He did not like to count calories or watch what he ate. He also swelled up severely after he hit his head, which is what happens when you're hooked to IV's flat in a hospital bed with severe head trauma. That's what she is trying to keep from the public.
Ineedmorelives: I'm not on a plant based diet. I'm on a ketogenic diet which is high in fats and moderate in protein and low in carbs. That makes me feel best. I was on a raw food diet for a year and had high anxiety, panic disorder, and severe food cravings. This is the diet for me for life. I will go full paleo when my weight is reduced.
Ineedmorelives: LOL. Yeah, I get this once a day at least. It's only from vegans. They have discovered all the secrets of the universe apparently!
Ineedmorelives: I just have social anxiety so I don't really go out. I gave my cards and money to my husband so I can't buy anything if I do go out.

Ineedmorelives: Please read the title of this video and maybe the description before you spout off about things you don't understand. I have binge eating disorder. I have NEVER binged on meat. I don't have to have humility about my knowledge. I continue to learn everyday. You've stopped learning once you found 'your truth.' Your truth is not my reality. Why do you care SO much about what I eat? Really.. Live your own life and stop trying to recruit me.
Ineedmorelives: You know you can't absorb fortified vitamins right? They are synthetic and you can't absorb B12 from plants because they have enzyme inhibitors. You're speaking to someone who knows a lot about food, you're not going to educate me on anything.
Ineedmorelives: Those people aren't doctors of medicine. They also look a lot older than they should because the processing of excess fructose. You should only eat 15grams or LESS of fructose per day. Does it make sense to put sugar in your body? You become a sugar burner, not a fat burner. If you understood the human body, you would understand that fat burns fat.. This plant based diet will not make you thin or happy unless you're a marathon runner. Sorry. You have 7 years of B12 stored in your liver;Good luck
Ineedmorelives: Fat doesn't make you fat. I've lost weight eating nothing but meat before, and I'm losing weight eating meat now. Fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol, when coming from natural sources are good for you. The fat you're talking about that is bad, is synthetic fats that are man made. When I was getting obese, I can honestly tell you what got me there was NOT MEAT. It was sugar & grains. Low-fat diets cause your body to be a sugar burner, not a fat burner. Fat burns fat. Carbs store it.
Ineedmorelives: I can't eat grains, beans, and fruit. I gain weight. They are for my son and husband. I eat only veggies and meat on most days.

Ineedmorelives: Maca is a root from South America. It's supposed to have health benefits but all it did was make my guts hurt! Mesquite has a very slight flavor - its seed pods from a tree, ground up. You can use it in place of vanilla. Not worth the money.
