I make your turkey burger recipes but tonight I made them Asian style with soy sauce, sesame oil, scallions, garlic and black pepper and it was such a hit! Adnan Adel: One of the great things that I've stole from P.F.Chang's is cooking poultry with Sesame Oil, it tastes so great and the oil would still be healthy, I'm sure u knew that already, its just an opinion I wanted to share with you. Keep on the wonderful work. Wish you all the best.
Adnan Adel: First of all, u truly r the Best and my Personal Favorite cooking Youtube channel, one of the main reasons is that u always amaze me with ur great healthy and fresh combination. But there's one thing, I always c u frying meats using Olive Oil, which I search on before and learned that it's not good to heat olive oil and better used as dressing 4 some reasons u can search for ur self.

MaidenOfDarkness: One trick to keep the turkey burgers moist is adding grated onion and a tbls of plain greek yogurt (or mayo if you don't mind the calories) ... sometimes I even add a little shredded cheese in the mix (low fat feta is great and mild) .... I'm not a big red meat eater so those are just a few tricks I have learned through making many turkey burgers ... lol.
