Let me first say that I am so excited to have you here. I have worked my butt off to come up with the 30 most common 'things that make you crazy' about English and have found a way to explain each of them in the Tipsy Yak way... with a drink, a laugh and of course, without boring or complicated crap. On Day 30 of 30 Days of English, we are talking about the English vocabulary words and phrases that you were taught to say and use, that native American English speakers never say or use. These vocabulary words are often taught in ESL classes or courses, but I hope you can change some of these to the more natural and native way of speaking English :) Enjoy! _ Hey Friends! I'm Kristen, welcome to Tipsy Yak! Tipsy Yak is all about being real and different. My goal is to bring you constant education in a practical and entertaining way. Just click "CC" if you need to read along as I speak. And click the "Gear" button below to slow the speed down. So please grab a drink with me, relax and let's chat!
Jessie Pinkman: Did u stop making videos?
Thiago Teixeira: Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Montagem e elétrica (21) 99037-5132 ou (21) 96592´9241: You are wonderful
Rishabh Joshi: Just discovered your channel and i find it really helpful. Thank You for that. Yet the thing with "must" i guess the majority of people would take it offensively like You said (a dictator fits well for a word like you said ☺) if they hear someone saying "You Must do Your Homework". However I personally got sick of trying not to offend people when i use simple English words like "must". So i stopped caring for people who keep getting offended by simple words.
SAKHI CHARAN KUMAR: Huge thank from my side... It's very helpful for us..
Der Rauber: plz if u can, if u want, do someday lesson about topics:
(1) "getting", or
(2) "have been" (until up now --> I/You/We),
"has been" (until up now --> he/She), "had been" (past tense from had/has);
M.Adnan Tawesh: Thank you, miss
Der Rauber: if I say: hafta, does will be properly? (must to, need to do something, have to)
Tsurito Quinker: Such amazing personality
Tsurito Quinker: 2017
Adrian Alvardo: What's up i m new, i would like to know how to pronounce mountain/s
Wilson Rossi Junior: YOU ARE JUST AWESOME! Perfect pronunciation. Even Makes me understand much more than I would be supposed to.
ialeixo84: Americans (well, english speakers in general) seem to avoid using words that have latin roots for the most part....I've noticed that and you just confirmed it....don't know why though.......
Wilson Rossi Junior: You're extremelly beautiful and talented... Perfect pronunciation. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
