Tracey Ryche White: Dr. Berg, I was wondering if you could speak about the Neurotoxin Fluoride in our water supply and the Lithium. This doesn't go on in many Countries except for the United States. I don't like being drugged without my consent. Idk if you are aware of this gross negligence that is done by the eugenicist here in America. This first started during the Holocaust, to sedate and dumb down the victims in these death camps. After World War II, the eugenicist were brought to the United States and they are trying to destroy us, by ways of deadly Vaccines forced upon babies at birth, the Fluoride, lead, mercury and Lithium in over 70% off all of the water supply in the United States. This helps them, with their ultimate goal of dumbing down the population, sterilization of especially the boys and men, lowering the IQ by as much as 20 points and causes a merit of diseases, such as cancer. Then they are dumping deadly Chemtrails upon us at night and during the day. I've seen and taken pictures of these gross monstrosities. Also, we can no longer buy food that has been made by God, with all of the nutrients a body needs. Instead, they have replaced it with GMO'S. To most people's surprise, these are horrible for people, animals and plant life. I don't know if you're a Christian or not, but they are trying to destroy God's creations. If you look on YouTube for the Georgia guidestone's, this is Satan's evil NWO 10 commandments. The 1st is to keep the population at 500 million or below, in Perpetual balance with nature. First they must get the population from almost 7 billion people, down to their ultimate goal of 500 million people. If they cared so much about nature, they would stop spraying Chemtrails. This poison is now in the soil, natural water supplies, plants, animals are breathing this in as well as human beings. I think this has a lot to do with our bodies being so messed up. Wealthy Prosperous: It HELPS in FLUSHING WASTE THROUGH THE KIDNEYS. People who live in a hot climate are more prone to dehydration and water is important to meet the need for hydration. It is true some people have medical problems that make them sick when drinking more water. But for most drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day is more beneficial than harmful. Be more specific.

Madhabendra Neog: I beg to slightly differ with this one he says water doesn't help to burn fat which in my opinion might not be true. Once we drink cold plain water our body attempts to bring the temperature of the cold water equal to that of our normal body temperature and in this process our body utilises more calories in order to maintain the equilibrium temperature . Consequently, we lose few calories which in turn helps one to lose weight. Sorry it could be my speculation .I'd like to know if I am right or wrong. Can anyone?

Manpreetmuskan: Lol he doesn’t even need to lose anymore weight the ones who do see a difference with water. So get your facts right. If you’re listing out cons that might be right- I’m not denying, at least list out the pros too instead of straight out turning everyone against a simple 0kcal healthy drink. I’m pretty sure the pros will outweigh the cons. It depends from person to person and if you’re educated, others are too and the other educated ones who support water are not idiots. The myths you’re bursting are good for knowledge but please don’t ignore the benefits.
