LKH Fun: I find that I can go several days eating fruit only if I have a mix of watermelon, grapes and blueberries. Then I will want something more savory for a day and back to the fruit. Carrot juice and other vege juices satisfy also but I am noticing I desire them as the season changes. Very cool to think I am letting my body get on that natural rhythm. Oh, savory includes nuts since I saw your video on them recently. Thanks!

Inga: I noticed that I do much better just eating fruit (bananas/dates and apples) than making these giant smoothies for breakfast. Like my body regulates my appetite much better when I chew my food properly. However, if I have some frozen berries in stock then I am the 1st one to make a delicious smoothie. I never starve but I tend to naturally want to have smaller fruit breakfasts. I always have cooked meal for dinner. Loads of veggies and starches. Currently obsessed with basmati rice. Its like a drug to me :)

belladonna2007: Great point on eating raw, it's already a restrictive diet (culturally?) it's nice to know you're npt weird for craving veg, savoury. Ive heard some about food combining. I always want fruit in the evening, even after heavier items. Any fruits that would digest well? Other than bananas?

Meredith Billington: I am having trouble being vegan lately. It's really hard because I'm living with meat eaters. I still crave some things with animal products, like cheese and ice cream. I know there are vegan alternatives, but they cost so much. I have been barely able to afford fruit. When I can do the vegan thing, I have pasta and rice, sometimes I'll have potatoes.

I never felt "excited" to eat salads for dinner- but always enjoyed them during lunch time for some reason even if I didn't always follow that feeling and I feel like its a nice little break so I want raw fruit for dinner. The Lost Lemurian: I agree, all fruit doesn't work for me. It fills me up but within an hour I'm looking for something else. I'm too busy to go cutting up fruit once an hour so I need something a little more filling, so vegetables - or even better, cooked grains or another cooked vegan meal - sustains me long enough to get through my work day.
Flower: I also eat sweet fruits for breakfast, but like more savory food for lunch. I make a big salade with some fruits, tomato's, greens and like to add some carrotpowder :) (raw carrot-powder)
In between I eat fruits and for diner I also have a salade with some fats from avocado/olive or hennep/linseeds.
